Skin Food Black Sugar Bubble Foam Cleanser Review

As the name suggests, this will be a product review for the following item: Skin Food Black Sugar Bubble Foam Cleanser Review.

 "Skin Food???"
Skin Food is a South Korean skincare and cosmetics manufacturer and retailer, headquartered in Seoul. The owner of the company has been involved in the skincare business since 1957.

The company slogan is "beauty food for the urban sweety"

The current logo on their product depicts a guardian angel, as a means to convey the message that their products are pure and full of goodness.

Skin Food's products range from the following: makeup, skin care, body and hair products. They uses natural food and produce in its original form as ingredients, which include fruits, vegetables and other food ingredients.

"How was your experience with the featured product?"
For those who don't know, if you're in the San Francisco area, you've got a Skin Food near you! Lucky you, unfortunately that isn't the case for me, although I purchased the featured product of this blog entry at that store.

Located in Stonestown Galleria, 3251 20th Ave, San Francisco, CA 94132.

Come to think of it, my previous encounters with Skin Food were generally with Rina. During a previous trip, we stocked up on masks but they had a special deal she took up, I believe it was for the Black Sugar Oil Cleanser. After a couple of weeks, I asked her about the product and she said it was working wonders on her skin.

About two months ago, I stopped by Skin Food on a trip with my cousin and her husband, I ended up purchasing a ton of the Glacier masks. Naturally, I had to stock up since my prior visits usually showed them sold out (out of stock) completely. Although, I was seeking a cleanser and went back to the Black Sugar line that was on display. I've tried their wash off mask and even the Strawberry Black Sugar mask wash off, both of which I was in love with. I ended up picking up the Skin Food Black Sugar Bubble Foam Cleanser because I figured the wash off mask would be too harsh on my skin.

I didn't have any regrets, I tried the tester on display for the product and was pleasantly surprised. Since this is a foam cleanser, I figured this would be best suited for my sensitive skin, since I've got other products for a much more deep cleansing (exfoliating) and was just in search for a cleanser. Yes, a cleanser and a exfoliating product are two very different things. Generally, if you're exfoliating your skin, you're aiming to remove dead skin cells.

I generally use it as a first step, although there are days when I use a cleansing wipe and then follow with it, I'll gather a generous amount of foam and spread it across my face. After letting it sit for no more than 30 seconds, I grab the exfoliating sponges and gently press in a circular formation. The aroma is quite pleasant, certainly a means of making me hold an attachment to this product. It reminds me of the pleasant scent from the Tonymoly Strawberry (Goat Milk) all in one rizer. However, the effects from Skinfood's Black Sugar Bubble foam cleanser is much, much more notable. With the product having a pleasant scent and being effective, as well affordable, I can't help but enjoy the end of my day. Instead of cleansing my skin being a hassle when I'm tired at night, it's much more promising to look forward to.

I'll follow with any other applicable steps, perhaps even a spot treatment (self application) mask. Followed with a overnight cream or oil, it seriously does wonders for my skin.
